Day One:

Comprehensive analysis and discussion regarding the trunaround and / or restructuring process as well as the business strategies to consider before and during the filing of a Reorganization Case under Chapter 11.

 

Day two:

Discussion of financial and procedural aspects under a Chapter 11 proceeding, from a judicial standpoint.

 

Objectives: Upon completion of this course participants will be able to:

   1. Describre the structuring process under Chapter 11.
   2. Identify the adequate business strategies for a given case.
   3. Provide the required financial information for a Chapter 11 reorganization case.
