Party-in-Interest Transactions and prohibited transactions. Plan's tax status. Commitments, Contingencies, Administrative Expenses and Completion Procedures. Reporting and Disclosure Requirements.

Objectives:

Upon completion of this course participants should be able to:
   1. Explain the structure of the more common employee benefit plans.
   2. Plan and conduct audits of employee benefit plans in accordance with AICPA standards and ERISA

        requirements.
   3. Explain the audit areas unique to employee benefit retirement plans.
   4. Design and perform specialized audit tests.
